Drive excellence in environmental management with Radius Recycling as an Environmental Manager. This role encompasses field operations, compliance monitoring, and stakeholder communication to uphold regulatory standards. As an Environmental Manager, you will report directly to the Senior Environmental Manager while overseeing environmental programs across facilities. Your duties involve conducting essential fieldwork, preparing compliance documentation, and ensuring that all operational practices meet legal requirements. You will facilitate training sessions and support emergency response plans, fostering a safe work environment for all. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct environmental monitoring and sampling
- Prepare and submit compliance reports and documents
- Lead training initiatives for environmental compliance
- Develop strategies to enhance pollution control
- Collaborate on remediation and investigation projects
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline
- 4-7 years of environmental management experience
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with environmental testing equipment
