Commercial Real Estate Lawyer (7-10 years)

Our business partner, a law and notary firm renowned for its expertise in the commercial real estate sector, is currently seeking a lawyer with intermediate-level experience in real estate law (minimum 4 years) to join its team of seasoned professionals.

On a day-to-day basis, you will work on a wide variety of files and transactions of varying degrees of complexity.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit and negotiate various commercial agreements in the real estate field (financing offers, loan agreements, mortgages, servitudes, co-ownership declarations, etc.).
• Lead and collaborate on transactions, including negotiating partnerships, selling real estate and arranging real estate and commercial financing.
• Work independently or with team members in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate law.
