Lead and develop a group of actuarial and data analysts specializing in data, analytics, and explainability of resultsManage work on key initiatives related to your respective pillar, workload management, and the development of innovative analytical solutions.Contribute to the timely delivery and presentation of regular monitoring and ad hoc analyses to partners and executives across the organization.Oversee end-to-end analyses and insights solutions over a range of complexity, from the initial demand to the delivery of reporting or analysis and presentation of results.Apply an effective and collaborative approach to stakeholder management.Build and nurture positive working relationships with key partners and executives as appropriate.Build for the future and provide people leadership;
oversee personal development plans and strategies to attract, motivate and retain highly diverse, qualified and engaged team members.Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experienceStrong programming skills (SQL, Python, R).Highly developed problem-solving and analysis skills with consistent rigor in quality of work.Uses innovation and creativity to improve work efficiency and results.Effective in managing multiple priorities with strong organization and time management skillsStrong collaborator who engages colleagues, business partners and external stakeholders;
