THE TEAM

The mission of the HR Information Management Department is to enable effective people decisions by centralizing people information.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our HR Information Management Department is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of the team responsible for driving effective people decisions through accurate and reliable people information. As the Senior Associate/Associate, HRIM, you will support in ensuring effective execution of day-to-day people transactions while providing high-quality customer service to all employees. THE ROLE

As the Senior Associate /Associate, HRIM, you will support in:
  • Entering people information accurately and efficiently
  • Preparing employment-related contracts and documentation
  • Safeguarding people information
  • Securely and reliably providing accurate people information
THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Associate /Associate, HRIM has:
  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Human Resources Management
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $50,000-$150,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
