Partnership Opportunity: Contracted Occupational Therapy Services (2026/2027 School Year)Wolf Creek Public Schools is dedicated to our mission of “Success for All Students.” To help us achieve this, we are currently seeking interest from qualified Occupational Therapists to provide contracted professional rehabilitation services across our Division for the 2026/2027 school year.We are looking for dedicated professionals who share our commitment to student accessibility, inclusion, and developmental growth.The RoleThe successful candidate will provide essential occupational therapy support, collaborating with our Education Services department, school administration, teachers, and families. Key aspects of the role include: Student Support: Observing, screening, and assessing students; providing approved in-person or virtual services as appropriate. Capacity Building: Modelling and coaching strategies for teachers and support staff to enhance student participation and inclusion. Consultation: Providing expert recommendations regarding safety, accessibility, fine/gross motor skills, sensory and emotional regulation, and activities of daily living. Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining professional contact notes, assessments, and progress reports. Professional Learning: Supporting school staff through collaborative development. What We Are Looking ForWe seek a contracted partner who demonstrates excellence in evidence-based practice. Please ensure submission addresses the following criteria: Professional Qualifications: Evidence of good and current standing with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists. Please provide your professional profile, organizational structure (if applicable), and background. Experience: A demonstrated philosophy of care, including three professional references and a proven ability to provide both effective in-person and virtual/telehealth services. Logistical Capacity: An overview of your ability to manage caseloads, provide timely services across school sites, and maintain clear documentation. Please indicate your availability over the 2026/2027 school year. Proposed Budget: An outline of your service rates, including caseload management, consultation, travel, and reporting. Safety and Privacy: The ability to maintain at least $2,000,000.00 in comprehensive general liability insurance. You must also demonstrate an understanding of data management and commitment to complying with the Protection of Privacy Act and Access to Information Act .
