Portfolio Administration Analyst Specializing in Investment Operations

Vaco by Highspring

Drive operational excellence as an Analyst in Portfolio Administration. Oversee cash forecasting and reconciliations while collaborating with investment teams for superior service. You will manage daily cash balances and perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy in investment reporting. Engage with portfolio managers and asset management teams to support operational tasks and address discrepancies efficiently. Your expertise in improvement opportunities will play a crucial role in optimizing workflows and maintaining SLAs. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and monitor daily cash balances
Execute accurate internal and external reconciliations
Collaborate with teams on investment operations
Support contributions and withdrawals management
Identify and implement process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

4+ years of relevant investment operations experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Knowledgeable about financial instruments and tools
Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
Preference for candidates pursuing a professional designation
