Program Director with Strategic Leadership at Serco (Happy Valley-Goose Bay)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead accountability for all contracted services at the military base
- Ensure services meet high performance and customer standards
- Manage the financial performance and P&L
- Develop and execute annual budgets aligned with governance
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
- 15+ years in senior leadership roles
- PMP certification is desirable
- Ability to maintain Secret Level II security clearance
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence for Newfoundland and Labrador
