Build strategic growth investments at Intact Private Capital in Toronto through financial modeling, due diligence, and partnership evaluation.As an Associate, you will support IPC’s strategic growth team and its concentrated portfolio of insurance company investments. You will contribute across sourcing, transaction execution, investment management, and strategic partnerships. The role suits professionals with investment banking, management consulting, investing, or relevant experience.Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain financial models for investment evaluationsPrepare investment committee recommendations and portfolio trackingPresent investment recommendations to the investment committeeSource opportunities through conferences, events, and industry networksSupport portfolio companies and strategic partnershipsRequirements:
