Principal for Neurodivergent Students

Shape educational experiences as Principal at New Heights School & Learning Services. Focus on neurodivergent student success within a nurturing and inclusive environment. New Heights School is looking for a full-time Principal to lead a dedicated leadership team in supporting approximately 125 neurodivergent students. Your role will emphasize creating a safe, positive culture, ensuring compliance with Alberta educational standards, and enhancing differentiated learning strategies. You will actively engage with families, staff, and community partners to support student achievement. Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate a positive and safe school culture
• Build strong community and family relationships
• Lead instructional supervision and classroom evaluations
• Implement individualized learning strategies
• Oversee school enrollment and communication

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree and Leadership Quality Standard
• Educational leadership experience required
• Familiarity with neurodivergent student needs
• Knowledge of Alberta educational regulations
• Proven communication and relationship-building skills
