Lead SAP S/4HANA delivery and master data governance as Manager, SAP Solutions for a food manufacturing client through emergiTEL.This hands-on SAP leadership position oversees functional delivery across multiple modules and leads five functional leads. The manager establishes a SAP Centre of Excellence, strengthens application support, and aligns business and technology teams. Responsibilities span implementation, testing, governance, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:
Lead O2C, Procurement, Plan-to-Manufacture, R2R, and EWM teamsDirect SAP configuration, functional design, testing, and defect resolutionEstablish master data standards, governance, and quality metricsDevelop the post-go-live SAP CoE operating modelManage AMS providers, enhancement backlogs, and application supportRequirements:
Minimum eight years of SAP functional delivery experienceAt least three years leading SAP functional teamsComplete SAP implementation lifecycle experience through go-live and hypercareHands-on configuration experience in at least two SAP modulesBachelor's degree;
SAP certification is anassetApply SAP functional leadership, S/4HANA delivery, and CoE development experience across manufacturing operations and business transformation.
