Job title : Laborer / Warehouse Worker (CAN)

Key Requirements:

• Role: Forklift / Order Picker Operators
• Must-Have: Direct hands-on forklift experience and a valid Machine License / Certification .

Location : Mississauga, ON (CAN) L5N 0B1

Shift

2:30 pm to 11:00 pm

Working days: Wednesday – Sunday (JP00003745)

Hours Level 35+

6:00 am to 2:30 pm

Working days: Friday – Tuesday (JP00003747)

Hours Level 35+

Contract: 3 Months

Payrate : 21.35/hr. on T4.

Note : Kindly do not report onsite without official start details provided by us, always reconfirmed or check with us before reporting onsite as appointment is must .

Key Responsibilities

• • • Operate order picker lift equipment (Forklift) to pick items from various rack heights (we will train but previous experience preferred)
    • Accurately select, scan, and prepare customer orders.
    • Transport products safely throughout the warehouse.
    • Verify product quantities and item accuracy against order requirements.
    • Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
    • Follow warehouse safety policies and procedures, including working at heights.
    • Meet productivity, quality, and accuracy targets.
    • Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments.

  • • Safe operation of order picker lift equipment.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Basic RF scanner and warehouse management system knowledge.
    • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
    • Time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Physical Requirements
  • • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
    • Comfortable working at elevated heights.
    • Ability to lift and move products according to warehouse requirements.
    • Capability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (23 kg).

Mandatory:

• Complete a health & safety training on the first day conduct by safety team
• CSA approved safety shoes must be worn all the time while in the warehouse
• Safety vest must be work all the time while in the warehouse
