Pfizer seeks a Health and Science Representative for the Mississauga/Oakville/Milton territory to drive pharmaceutical sales in primary care and specialty medicine. The role involves building customer relationships, organizing education programs, and achieving territory sales objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets by promoting products to family physicians, general practitioners, pharmacists, and specialists
- Build and maintain key customer relationships in both face-to-face and virtual settings
- Coordinate and execute CME symposia, conferences, and continuing education programs
- Identify, document, and report adverse drug reactions and product complaints per company procedure
- Develop and implement territory business plan and maintain company property
Requirements
- 3–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
- Bachelor's degree in business or science
- Superior selling skills with CME and reprint expertise
- Proficiency with digital tools including Microsoft Copilot
- Bilingual fluency in English and French, both spoken and written
- Valid driver's license
- Strong networking and computer skills
Compensation: $63,300–$135,625 CAD base annually
