As the Senior Architectural Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of architectural delivery, ensuring effective collaboration among design, construction, and operational teams. Your role will encompass oversight of finishes and integration of various systems, elevating passenger experience and safety. This position requires a keen eye for detail and strong leadership skills to guide project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end architectural project delivery
• Lead teams in construction and site management
• Coordinate activities among design and MEP systems
• Implement quality control measures and safety practices
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and issue resolution
Requirements:
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related area
• Extensive experience (10+ years) on large projects
• Proven leadership and project management skills
• Understanding of architectural materials and detailing
• Proficient in relevant project management software
