·         Assist with the planning, coordination and implementation of various special projects within the community;

·         Coordinate communications with project partners, stakeholders & community members;

·         Coordinate the drafting of funding applications/requests and their reporting requirements;

·         Coordinate the planning of special events, including events taking place at the Arena;

·         Assist with procurement of special project equipment/needs by air and sea-lift;

·         Prepare project budgets and reports with the assistance of management;

·         Participate in planning meetings with the Board of Directors and project partners as required.
