Procurement Manager Supplier Strategy

Shape procurement strategy at SinaLite in Markham, combining supplier negotiation and working-capital analysis with hybrid work three days in office.As Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will shift purchasing toward category management and negotiation across SinaLite’s print and packaging categories. You will build supplier strategies, improve payment terms, and align purchasing with production schedules and demand forecasts. The work connects sourcing decisions with cash, margin, inventory, and supply continuity.Key Responsibilities:
Build category plans, supplier scorecards, and terms trackingRenegotiate payment terms toward 45–60-day year-one targetsBalance pricing, discounts, terms, and cost of capitalUse forecasts and production schedules to manage purchasingLead and develop the purchasing team toward category managementRequirements:
Five-plus years of manufacturing sourcing or procurement experienceProven negotiations with documented spend and financial resultsFluency in AP days, inventory days, and cash conversionDecisive, data-driven communication and tenacious negotiation skillsBuyer leadership, NetSuite, or SQF experience is an assetBring procurement leadership, financial analysis, and supplier strategy to SinaLite’s cost-reduction and inventory objectives.
