Your impact

As a Lifemark Clinic Director, you’ll be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, empowering individuals to overcome challenges, improve their mobility, and achieve their health goals. You'll be more than a care provider; you'll be an educator, motivator, and problem-solver, lifting people up, meeting people where they are in their health & career journeys, sharing knowledge, and delivering top-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will:

• Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership.
• Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
• Responsible for financial and clinical performance metrics of the clinic.
• Communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
• Coordinate operational activities with the team and demonstrate a strong presence in the clinic.
• Engaging in continuous learning, mentorship and skills development.
• Manage and resolve scheduling issues or changes that arise in the clinic
• Play an influential role in nurturing a sense of ownership across the workforce, so that employees feel empowered to use their judgment and experience to make sound decisions.
• Assisting in recruitment and hiring of staff. .

Qualifications

We are seeking a dynamic leader with a strong clinical and/or business background to join our team.

For clinical applicants, the following are required

• Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Kinesiologist, Psychologist, or related healthcare professional designation
• Current registration and good standing with the appropriate regulatory body in Newfoundland
• 3–5+ years of clinical and administrative leadership experience in a rehabilitation clinic

We also welcome applications from Administrative and Business Professionals with leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting for a Business Lead position.

Ideal candidates will also bring

• 5+ years of experience leading healthcare providers and multidisciplinary clinical teams
• Experience managing and overseeing rehabilitation treatment programs
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Wellness services
• Experience in quality assurance and clinical compliance
• Experience in business development and account management within a healthcare setting
