Manager, Development Services
Town of Newmarket
We’re hiring a Manager, Development Services to lead the Town of Newmarket’s development review and approvals function, ensuring the effective implementation of planning policies and Council direction. This key leadership role oversees complex development applications, provides strategic planning advice, and supports Committee and Council decision-making while advancing growth management and service excellence. Ideal candidates will bring a degree in Urban Planning (or related field) and hold CIP/OPPI membership with an RPP designation.
