• Facilitate onboarding programs for newly hired agents

• Conduct individual and group coaching to improve performance

Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of training or coaching experience
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual platforms
• Experience in call center environments
