Qualifications, Experience & Ability

• Options and Opportunities Teacher
  • Minimum Qualifications
    Bachelor of Education Degree
  • Minimum Experience
    3+ years successful classroom teaching experience in the Options and Opportunities Program
  • Minimum Ability
    Predominately demonstrated through the interview process, the candidate will be assessed on their ability to effectively deal with situations that are likely to arise. External applicants must meet a minimum threshold of 70%.

• Secondary Teacher
  • Minimum Qualifications
    - Bachelor of Education Degree; and
    - Secondary endorsation, or minimum of 3 years teaching at the secondary level
  • Minimum Experience
  • Minimum Ability
    Predominately demonstrated through the interview process, the candidate will be assessed on their ability to effectively deal with situations that are likely to arise. External applicants must meet a minimum threshold of 70%.
