Analyste en Risques et Gouvernance à la TD

Rejoignez TD Toronto en tant qu'Analyste en Risques et Gouvernance. Ce rôle essentiel se concentre sur la gestion de la conformité et des risques au sein de la Banque Commerciale. En tant que Senior Governance & Control Analyst, vous soutiendrez l'environnement de contrôle de la banque en fournissant votre expertise sur les processus de conformité AML. Vous serez impliqué dans l'évaluation et la gestion des impacts réglementaires tout en proposant des recommandations pour améliorer les pratiques opérationnelles. Ce poste requiert des compétences analytiques robustes essentielles à la prise de décision efficace. Key Responsibilities:

Gérer les programmes de gouvernance bancaire et contrôle
Exécuter des révisions des contrôles de conformité régulatoire
Identifier les lacunes et proposer des solutions durables
Interpréter les politiques pour décision au niveau supérieur
Suivre la gestion des incidents à impact AML

Requirements:

Au moins 7 ans d'expérience en gouvernance ou en conformité
Compétences analytiques éprouvées et sens du détail
Capacités de communication performantes
Capacité à travailler sous pression et gérer plusieurs tâches
Connaissance approfondie des procédures de contrôle bancaire
