This role emphasizes collaboration across departments, using data analysis to measure performance and identify opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Lean initiatives as a change advocate
- Coach leaders in value stream analysis
- Develop training programs for Lean methodologies
- Ensure effective daily management systems are in place
- Assess and report on project progress routinely
- Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering or related field
- 5-7 years of relevant manufacturing experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization
