Tax Services Intern Private Clients
RSM Canada LLP
Build tax experience with RSM as a Private Client Services Intern, applying Excel skills and supporting clients through a hybrid workstyle.
This internship supports teams serving middle-market companies and private clients across varied tax specialty areas. You will develop client relationships by understanding business challenges while contributing to multiple engagements. The work includes tax research, returns, regulations, and accounting pronouncements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete tax planning and research
- Prepare federal and state and local tax returns
- Support accounting for income taxes and corporate taxation
- Review tax regulations and accounting pronouncements
- Contribute across multiple client team engagements
Requirements:
- Complete 90 credit hours
- Pursue an accounting major and bachelor's degree
- Attend an accredited university
- Travel to assigned client locations
- Access reliable transportation for client travel
Apply accounting knowledge, Microsoft Excel proficiency, and tax research skills across RSM's private client services engagements.
