Our technicians are known for their expertise, professionalism, and commitment to customer success.What We OfferCompetitive hourly pay with overtime opportunitiesComprehensive health and dental benefitsCompany vehicle (where applicable)Company phone, laptop, and specialized toolsOpportunities to travel throughout Canada and the United StatesStable, year-round employment with a growing North American companyCareer advancement opportunities into Senior Technician, Technical Trainer, or Service Management rolesWhat You'll DoAs a Field Service Technician, you'll work directly with customers to ensure our specialty heating, cooling, and power equipment is operating safely and efficiently.Your responsibilities will include:Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair heating, cooling, and power equipment at customer locations and branch facilities.Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections to ensure fleet readiness.Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fuel system issues.Respond to customer service calls and provide timely technical support.Train customers on the safe operation and basic maintenance of rental equipment.Complete service reports, inspection documentation, and work orders using company technology.Work closely with Operations and Sales teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Significant travel (including overnights) throughout Canada supporting customers wherever they're working.What You'll BringWe're looking for mechanically inclined professionals who enjoy solving problems and delivering exceptional customer service.Preferred QualificationsExperience as a Field Service Technician, Heavy Equipment Technician, Diesel Mechanic, HVAC Technician, Industrial Mechanic, Agricultural Equipment Technician, Automotive Technician, or similar trade.Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.Experience servicing diesel engines, heating systems, generators, pumps, compressors, or industrial equipment is an asset.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.Comfortable using laptops, mobile devices, and digital work order systems.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Ability to tow equipment trailers when required.Commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices.You're a Great Fit If You...Love working with your hands and solving mechanical problems.Enjoy variety-no two days are ever the same.Take pride in delivering outstanding customer service.Want to travel and experience different job sites across Canada.Enjoy working independently while being part of a supportive team.Thrive in a fast-paced environment where your work truly matters. Apply TodayJoin a team where every day brings new challenges, new places, and new opportunities to grow.Veterans and skilled trades professionals are encouraged to apply. REIC is NOT open to outside recruiting agency solicitation.REIC and all affiliates operate as drug-free environments, which includes marijuana.
