Cameron Stephens is seeking an experienced software engineer to serve as the first engineering hire in its AI and Tech team. This role emphasizes modern application development, AI-driven automation, and collaboration with data processes. You will take charge of designing, constructing, and maintaining crucial internal applications that support the business. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain internal business applications
- Apply AI-assisted methods throughout development cycles
- Enhance software delivery processes towards AI-driven models
- Implement automation capabilities for development and deployment
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support production
- Minimum 3 years experience as a software engineer
- Strong Python skills and knowledge of web frameworks
- Experience with large language models and AI coding
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Familiarity with Azure deployments and CI/CD pipelines
