- Support recruitment and training of new team members
- Ensure customer engagement through various channels
- Handle transactions and resolve customer issues
- Maintain high visual presentation standards in the store
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience of 2+ years in retail settings
- Knowledge of customer service and sales principles
- Dependable transportation to our Cornwall store
- Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities
