Nature du travail

La tâche d'une ou d'un chargé(e) de cours à la formation continue comprend toutes les activités inhérentes à l'enseignement notamment : préparation et prestation de cours, de laboratoires ou des stages, rencontres avec les étudiants, surveillance et correction d'examens.

Description des compétences du cours :

Analyser la situation et les besoins.
Élaborer le plan d'intervention, le programme de groupe ou le plan d'action.
Effectuer l'intervention.
Évaluer l'intervention.

EXIGENCES

Qualifications requises

Diplôme universitaire terminal de premier cycle (BAC) entravail social;
L’absence de diplôme universitaire pourra être compensée par un diplôme technique d’études collégiales dans la discipline concernée et cinq (5) années d’expérience professionnelle directement pertinente;
Posséder une expérience significative d’enseignement ou détenir un diplôme en pédagogie ous’engager à entreprendre et à compléter une démarche de perfectionnement pédagogique.

Autres exigences

Aptitude à enseigner la majorité des cours de la discipline;
Maîtrise du français parlé et écrit;
Aptitude au travail d’équipe requis par l’approche programme;
La connaissance de l’enseignement en mode virtuel est un atout.

Tests requis

En complément d'une entrevue, les exigences particulières seront mesurées à l'aide de tests, notamment de français écrit et psychométriques. L'obtention de l'emploi est conditionnelle à la réussite de ceux-ci.

La Formation continue ne s'engage pas à donner ce cours, celui-ci pourrait être annulé, notamment en raison d'un nombre insuffisant d'inscriptions.
