Lead transformative data initiatives at Recycle BC as the Director of Data Strategy. This hybrid full-time role focuses on analytics to support recycling program performance and public education.
In this senior director role, you will oversee the Programs Data and Material Services teams, ensuring data accuracy and driving operational efficiencies. Your expertise will guide strategic decisions through insightful reporting and visualizations. Collaborate closely with leadership and staff, fostering a culture aligned with organizational goals and innovative practices.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and direct the Programs Data and Material Services teams - Oversee material intelligence and audit teams, ensuring data validity - Create operational performance metrics and analytical tools - Align regional operational needs with national support frameworks - Participate in budgeting and operational planning processes
Requirements: - 7 to 10 years of experience in data analytics - Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and DAX - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Experience in operational settings preferred
