Senior Business Analyst I&IT

Lead I&IT business analysis through requirements gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder engagement for diverse business and technology needs.
This Senior Business Analyst assesses client problems and opportunities across project phases. You will document requirements, facilitate workshops, develop business models, and align analysis with OPS methodologies, enterprise architecture, and standards. The work includes business cases, options analysis, and feasibility studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis for client projects and opportunities
- Gather, document, analyze, and confirm business requirements
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, JAD sessions, and mockups
- Develop use cases, process maps, and data models
- Monitor progress, resolve problems, and report to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Experience developing functional and non-functional requirements
- Experience creating context diagrams and use case models
- Experience preparing business cases and cost-benefit analyses
- Experience developing performance measures and traceability matrices
- Knowledge of AODA regulations and accessibility standards
