GTM Operations Lead at Affirm

Affirm, Inc.

Drive go-to-market success with Affirm as a GTM Strategy & Operations Lead, working remotely from Canada. Align with cross-functional teams to ensure field operations are streamlined and effective. In this leadership role, you will oversee end-to-end go-to-market operations for specific products. You’ll translate product pricing strategies into actionable initiatives and support field teams with essential resources. Your background in business or sales operations will be pivotal in enhancing our operational framework. Key Responsibilities:

Own go-to-market operations for strategic initiatives
Create executable processes from cross-functional inputs
Manage AI contract dashboard for field use
Develop tools and playbooks for field teams
Analyze performance data to identify potential risks

Requirements:

6+ years in business or revenue operations
Proven go-to-market initiative experience
Proficiency in SQL for data analysis
Familiarity with SaaS, payments, or merchant sales
Strong analytical and communication skills
