Senior Enterprise Business Analyst

Softline Technology Inc.

Lead enterprise business analysis for platform features and integrations while working onsite five days each week. Shape clear requirements for government services.This Senior Business Analyst supports large-scale digital initiatives and new service onboarding. You will analyze current-state challenges, design future-state services, and manage requirements across delivery. The work connects business, program, technical, privacy, security, accessibility, testing, and operational stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, and management activitiesDocument user stories, process models, rules, and acceptance criteriaAssess services against reusable enterprise platform capabilitiesMaintain traceability through design, testing, release, and implementationPrepare recommendations, presentations, reports, and decisionsRequirements:
Large-scale digital initiative analysis experienceEnterprise platform and shared capability integration experienceAgile or hybrid delivery experienceBacklog, testing, release, and implementation support experienceStrong facilitation, writing, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsApply senior business analysis expertise to enterprise platforms, service onboarding, traceability, and stakeholder coordination across delivery.
