As a Dosimetrist specializing in Proton Therapy, you will support the radiation oncology department by developing precise treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Your role includes optimizing dose distributions and ensuring accurate delivery settings, crucial for effective patient outcomes. A strong background in clinical dosimetry is essential as you contribute to innovative cancer treatment methods. Key Responsibilities:

• Import CT simulations and necessary treatment data
• Optimize and calculate radiation doses for patient plans
• Document detailed treatment plans per oncologist’s guidance
• Engage in patient simulation and immobilization
• Support development of varied radiation treatment plans

Requirements:

• Medical Dosimetry program graduation required
• At least two years of dosimetry and therapy experience
• Necessary CMD or ARRT certification
• Current BLS certification essential
• Preferred experience with RayStation TPS and proton therapy
