Marketing & Sales Operations Specialist

Lawyer Done Deal is looking for a hands-on Marketing & Sales Operations Specialist to join our Toronto team for a 12-month contract — keeping campaigns, systems, reporting and events running smoothly across Marketing and Sales.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys the operational side of marketing and sales — keeping campaigns moving, managing systems and data, coordinating events and webinars, and making sure the details behind the work get done accurately and on time.

You’ll work closely with LDD’s VP of Marketing and collaborate across Sales, Product and Customer teams.

What You’ll Do

• Build, test and schedule email campaigns
• Schedule and publish social media content
• Update website and landing-page content
• Support in-app and product communications
• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign timelines and assets
• Support day-to-day administration of Zoho CRM and related sales and marketing tools
• Prepare recurring Sales and Marketing reports
• Coordinate webinars, conferences, sponsorship deliverables and event logistics
• Support conference lead management and post-event follow-up
• Create and update routine marketing materials using established templates
• Help document and improve repeatable Marketing and Sales Operations processes

What We’re Looking For

You’re organized, dependable and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once. Experience with some of the following would be valuable:

• Marketing Operations, Sales Operations or Marketing Coordination
• CRM and marketing automation systems
• Zoho CRM or other Zoho applications
• WordPress
• Events and webinars
• Reporting and data management
• Software or Software-as-a-Service environments

Experience in legal technology or professional services is an asset, but not required.

About the Contract

This is a 12-month independent contractor position based in LDD’s Toronto office. As an independent contractor, it does not include employee health benefits, paid vacation or statutory holiday pay. The contractor submits a detailed statement of account on a bi-weekly basis.
