- Support proposal writing, budgeting, and pursuit strategy
- Identify new opportunities and contribute to CAP’s growth in the region
- Represent CAP in meetings, networking events, and with local stakeholders

- 8+ years of relevant engineering experience (civil/infrastructure preferred)
- Demonstrated experience leading projects and mentoring junior staff
- Ability to act as Engineer of Record and apply professional stamp
- Strong understanding of northern design challenges (permafrost, remote logistics, etc.) is an asset
- Experience with business development, client management, or proposal writing is considered an asset
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as required
What We Offer
- Opportunity to lead and grow a team in a high-impact northern market
- Diverse and meaningful project work across infrastructure and energy sectors
