Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Central London (with occasional travel to the Kent office)
Salary: Up to £55,000 plus allowance & company benefits
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable construction business delivering high-quality commercial and industrial developments across Central London, with project values exceeding £10m.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the commercial aspects of construction projects
- Oversee cost control, valuations, and variations
- Manage procurement and subcontractor packages
- Monitor project budgets and report on financial performance
- Liaise with site teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project deliver
- Eagerness to learn and progress within the construction industry
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Good understanding of construction processes and cost management
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to be site-based with occasional travel
