En tant que membre de l'équipe Finance et Stratégie , vous ne vous contenterez pas de rapporter les résultats de l'entreprise — vous bâtirez les systèmes qui la propulsent. Votre mission quotidienne sera d'aider nos dirigeants à prendre des décisions stratégiques pour les segments B2C, Média et Ventes de Hopper, en alliant une intuition financière profonde à une exécution technique accélérée par l'IA.
Nous délaissons la modélisation manuelle et statique. Nous recherchons un bâtisseur qui considère Claude et les autres modèles de langage (LLM) comme des coéquipiers essentiels pour automatiser les flux de travail, architecturer des requêtes SQL complexes et développer des outils de planification financière (FP&A) à long terme. Que vous discutiez avec une IA pour concevoir un meilleur outil ou que vous présentiez une mise à jour budgétaire à la direction, vous êtes dans votre élément.

Partenariat d’affaires : Agir en tant qu'« ingénieur financier » auprès des chefs d'entreprise, en traduisant les vecteurs opérationnels complexes en indicateurs de reporting automatisés.
Planification stratégique prédictive : Architecturer des modèles de prévision à long terme dépassant les simples tableurs. Vous utiliserez l'IA pour simuler des scénarios (« what-if ») et bâtir une feuille de route résiliente basée sur le code pour les 3 à 5 prochaines années.
Infrastructure technique et automatisation : Construire et maintenir les systèmes codés qui alimentent notre moteur financier. Vous utiliserez Claude pour rédiger, déboguer et optimiser des flux SQL et BigQuery complexes afin d'automatiser les tableaux de bord en temps réel.
Architecture GTM et Ventes : Collaborer avec les équipes de Ventes et Médias pour concevoir des stratégies de mise en marché performantes. Vous créerez des cadres automatisés pour suivre la vélocité des ventes, le coût d'acquisition client (CAC) et la santé du pipeline.
Le candidat ou la candidate idéal(e) possède :
Un diplôme en administration, stratégie, finance, mathématiques, ingénierie ou toute autre discipline quantitative.
5 à 7 ans et plus d'expérience au sein d'une entreprise technologique de premier plan.
Une expérience éprouvée dans l'utilisation de Claude, ChatGPT ou GitHub Copilot pour décupler votre productivité. Vous ne faites pas que « connaître » le SQL ; vous savez utiliser l'IA pour écrire un meilleur code, plus rapidement.
Un esprit entrepreneurial, une capacité à travailler de manière autonome et une mentalité de « bâtisseur ».
Une expertise démontrée en FP&A ou en finance stratégique, idéalement en soutien aux équipes Ventes et Médias (compréhension de la vélocité des ventes et de l'économie unitaire B2B).
De solides compétences analytiques et de modélisation, alliées à une approche créative de la résolution de problèmes.

About the job
As a member of the Finance and Strategy team, you won’t just report on the business—you will build the systems that run it. Your day-to-day mission is to help our leaders make high-stakes decisions across Hopper’s B2C, Media, and Sales verticals by merging deep financial intuition with AI-accelerated technical execution.
We are moving away from manual, static modeling. We want a builder who views Claude and other LLMs as core teammates to automate workflows, architect complex SQL, and develop long-term FP&A tooling. Whether you're chatting with an AI to build a better tool or presenting a budget update to a leader, you’re in your element.
What would your day-to-day look like
Business Partnering: Act as a "Finance Engineer" for business leaders, translating complex operational drivers into automated reporting metrics to help them make better strategic decisions
Predictive Strategic Planning Focus: Architect long-range forecasting models and engines that go beyond static spreadsheets. You’ll use AI to simulate "what-if" scenarios, helping the business navigate short-term volatility while building a resilient, code-based roadmap for the next 3–5 years.
Technical Infrastructure & Automation: Build and maintain the code-based systems that power our finance engine. You’ll leverage Claude to write, debug, and optimize complex SQL and Big Query workflows to automate real-time dashboards and weekly performance briefings, ensuring our financial reporting is scalable and automated.
GTM & Sales Architecture: Partner with the Sales and Media teams to engineer high-leverage Go-To-Market strategies. You’ll design automated frameworks to track sales velocity, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and pipeline health, using AI to model complex incentive structures and ROI simulations that align sales behavior with our long-term financial goals.
An ideal candidate has
A degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, Math, Engineering, or other quantitative discipline
5-7+ years of experience in a top tier tech company
You have a proven track record of using Claude, ChatGPT, or GitHub Copilot to amplify your output. You don't just "know" SQL; you know how to use AI to write better SQL, faster.
Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to work autonomously; builder mindset
Proven track record in FP&A or Strategic Finance supporting Sales and Media teams. You understand the nuances of sales velocity, pipeline modeling, and B2B unit economics.
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with strong modeling experience
