Chief Architect for Geo-Intelligence at MDA

Lead the way in geospatial technology as the Chief Architect at MDA Space. As a pivotal leader, you will develop innovative technology roadmaps and oversee critical R&D initiatives.
In this high-level role, you will manage a team focused on geointelligence solutions, ensuring alignment with market demands and business strategies. Leveraging over 15 years of engineering management experience, you will oversee product management and intellectual property strategies. Collaborating closely with business development, you'll contribute to capturing opportunities in a rapidly evolving space sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Develop product technology roadmaps aligned with business goals
• Oversee product management for roadmaps and specifications
• Manage IP strategy from invention to patent protection
• Ensure high-quality software development and R&D efforts
Requirements:
• 15+ years of related management experience
• Proven success in product roadmaps and R&D leadership
• Strong technical skills in software development and engineering
• Experience with agile methodologies like Scrum
• Exceptional communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
