Growth-Oriented Marketing Coordinator for Youth Sports Programs

AGS Youth Soccer Club

Lead marketing efforts as a Marketing Coordinator focused on driving growth. Execute impactful campaigns and optimize community engagement through strategic grassroots initiatives and digital outreach. This role is critical in enhancing the marketing strategy for multiple youth sports programs. You’ll take ownership of driving measurable results through targeted campaigns and strong brand execution, while fostering community partnerships. Your insights and strategic use of data will inform continuous improvement in marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities:

Own and implement seasonal marketing strategies
Increase registrations with targeted multi-channel campaigns
Optimize customer acquisition and retention tactics
Report on key performance indicators and metrics
Manage content creation for effective brand representation

Requirements:

1-4 years experience in marketing with campaign ownership
Strong success in driving growth through effective strategies
Proficient in digital marketing concepts and execution
Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent organizational and communication skills
