Join Miratech as a Genesys Cloud CX Training Specialist to deliver hands-on training across diverse business units. This hybrid role emphasizes real-world scenarios for effective learning sessions. As a Genesys Cloud CX Training Specialist, you will conduct scenario-based training to facilitate large-scale enterprise transformations. Leveraging best practices in adult learning, you’ll partner with Subject Matter Experts to translate complex content into engaging and structured learning experiences. Supporting both virtual and in-person training sessions, you will ensure participants are prepared and equipped for success. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, hands-on training for Genesys Cloud CX users
• Facilitate live and virtual trainings focused on practical scenarios
• Collaborate with experts to develop structured training agendas
• Validate training readiness and user access ahead of sessions
• Track participant feedback and training progress reports

• 3+ years of end-user training experience in enterprise software
• Proven interactive training using adult-learning principles
• Experience with SCORM/LMS content development
• Familiarity with Articulate Storyline preferred
• Strong facilitation and organizational skills
