Handyperson Residential Real Estate Leasing Location Houston, BC Salary 37.00 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per week Full time Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend Starts as soon as possible Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience 7 months to less than 1 year Work must be completed at the physical Location. There is no option to work remotely. Work setting Various Locations Responsibilities: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse Empty trash cans and other waste containers Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment Perform safety and security checks Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures Work with minimal supervision Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities Repetitive Physically demanding Bending, crouching, kneeling Personal suitability Flexibility Organized Reliability Until: 2026-03-22
