Description du poste
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) contrôleur(euse) corporatif(ve) visionnaire et dynamique pour prendre la direction de notre fonction comptable et la faire évoluer. En tant que partenaire stratégique du Chef de la Direction financière, vous serez au cœur de notre intégrité financière, responsable de piloter les opérations comptables, d'optimiser nos systèmes et de développer une équipe de haut calibre. Vos responsabilités principales :
Piloter le cycle comptable complet et diriger la production des états financiers consolidés mensuels, trimestriels et annuels en conformité avec les normes IFRS.
Superviser les opérations comptables quotidiennes, incluant la comptabilité générale, la comptabilité analytique, la gestion des stocks et la reconnaissance des revenus.
Diriger l'optimisation de nos systèmes financiers, notamment SAP, en menant des projets d'automatisation et d'amélioration des processus pour accroître l'efficacité.
Développer et maintenir un cadre de contrôle interne robuste ainsi que les politiques comptables pour garantir l'intégrité de l'information financière et atténuer les risques.
Agir comme point de contact principal pour les auditeurs externes et assurer la veille stratégique et l'application des nouvelles normes comptables.
Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe de planification et d'analyse financière (FP&A) pour aligner les systèmes et les données afin d'optimiser les prévisions et le reporting.
Agir en tant que partenaire d'affaires clé auprès de la direction, en fournissant des analyses financières et des recommandations pour soutenir les décisions stratégiques et le contrôle des coûts.
Gérer, mentorer et développer une équipe comptable performante, en favorisant une culture de responsabilisation, de collaboration et d'amélioration continue.
Qualifications
Titre professionnel CPA valide et un baccalauréat en comptabilité, finance ou un domaine connexe.
Au moins 10 ans d'expérience comptable progressive, incluant un minimum de 5 ans dans un rôle de contrôleur ou équivalent.
Expertise approfondie des normes IFRS et de la consolidation d'opérations complexes (multi-entités, multi-devises).
Solide expérience pratique avec l'ERP SAP, idéalement avec une participation à des projets d'optimisation ou d'implémentation de systèmes financiers.
Leadership avéré avec une capacité démontrée à développer et mobiliser une équipe dans un environnement en rapide évolution.
Fortes compétences analytiques, souci du détail et habileté à résoudre des problèmes complexes.
Capacité à naviguer dans l'ambiguïté, à gérer des priorités multiples et à piloter le changement organisationnel.
Excellentes compétences en communication et bilinguisme (français/anglais) essentiel pour collaborer avec nos équipes et partenaires à l'échelle mondiale.
