Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager
SPS Commerce, Inc.
Lead enterprise customer success at SPS Commerce through strategic account planning, executive relationships, and SaaS adoption across a hybrid office model.
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will guide customers throughout their lifecycle and align post-sales efforts with strategic goals. You will build repeatable processes, use SPS Commerce products to drive adoption, and help customers realize value. The role supports retention, expansion, and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships and advise customers on successful partnerships
- Create plans addressing strategic goals and business challenges
- Deliver revenue recovery services efficiently and effectively
- Monitor account performance and implement adoption programs
- Forecast expansion revenue and renewal pipelines for leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- Two-plus years of Customer Success Management experience
- SaaS environment experience or experience with SaaS clients
- Experience with C-level and SVP-level executives
- Strong communication, organization, listening, and time management skills
