Location: Toronto, ON
Full-time, Permanent.
Salary: $120,000 - $125,000 depending on experience.
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for a growing organization
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring senior leadership, management, and specialized professionals. The successful candidate will partner closely with business leaders to develop recruitment strategies, build talent pipelines, forecast hiring needs, and drive initiatives that support long-term organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for leadership, management, and specialized positions.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing and talent attraction strategies.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned with future business needs.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand workforce planning requirements and hiring priorities.
- Utilize market intelligence, salary trends, and competitive insights to inform hiring decisions.
- Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates for key positions.
- Manage offer preparation, compensation discussions, and candidate negotiations.
- Coach and develop a team of talent acquisition professionals.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring processes and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, including recruiting for senior leadership and specialized roles.
- Previous experience leading and developing recruitment teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience developing recruitment strategies in competitive talent markets.
- Knowledge of immigration and relocation processes is considered an asset.
- Experience managing external recruitment vendors and agencies.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruitment technologies.
