Service Coordinator

About the Role

 
Our client is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to provide customer service and administrative support to clients, and ongoing project teams

 
You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, supporting in areas of customer service, sales, project logistics, and administration.

 
Responsibilities

 
• Communicate directly with clients, ensuring all necessary information is shared in a clear and concise manner
• Respond to customer inquiries through email and phone
• Coordinate material deliveries with suppliers and manufacturers
• Monitor inventories and document inventory levels
• Coordinate on site subcontractor schedules and timesheets
• Maintain accurate project and customer information
• Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and manufacturers
• Support daily office and project administration
 
Skills and Requirements

 
• Experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar position within the construction industry
• Ability to coordinate with multiple ongoing projects at once
• Understanding of and willingness to learn commercial tenant improvement construction
• Proven ability to work with multiple priorities
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to find quick solutions and implement them proactively as problems arise day-to-day
