We need a Registered Practical Nurse to join our Inpatient Surgical team! You will play a role in delivering exceptional patient care as part of a collaborative team. The Inpatient Surgery department makes a remarkable difference for patients and families across the South Georgian Bay region.
This role allows you to make meaningful relationships and you will have the opportunity develop your skills, while being supported by a great team environment.

As The Successful Applicant, You Will Do The Following
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients
- You will use supportive, therapeutic, palliative, and rehabilitative approaches to help patients achieve their optimal level of health.
- Provide care and support to patients and families
- Work in close collaboration with our interprofessional team to ensure safe, coordinated and high-quality care
What You’ll Bring
Required
- Registered with the College of Nurses as an RPN
Preferred
- Coronary Care 1 certification
- One year of applicable nursing experience
- Experience using Meditech Expanse
