Parts Inventory Coordinator

Village Honda is looking for a Parts Inventory Coordinator to join our team!

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying and maintaining records on incoming and outgoing shipments, as well as preparing items for shipment.

Duties include:

• Assembling, addressing, and shipping merchandise or material
• Receiving, unpacking, and verifying incoming products
• Recording incoming merchandise or material accurately
• Arranging transportation of products
• Transporting vehicles as required
• Performing general physical activities to load, unload, sort, and move shipments by hand or using material-handling equipment (lifting up to 50lbs)
• Assisting with Lot Attendant duties when necessary
• Shuttling vehicles between dealership locations within the Group

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of related shipping/receiving or warehouse experience
• Strong communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• A valid AB driver’s license and a current, clean driver’s abstract
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge
