Looking for a sitter for my senior mom

Mom is 92 main issue is she falls. So I need someone here always to be sure she doesn’t fall. She uses her walker, wears a pull up mainly for urgency and can’t get to bathroom fast enough. Generally can wipe herself but may on occasion need help (after BM) as she has some weakness in dominant hand. Some assistance with dressing and pulling up pants after using bathroom, again due to weakness. She wants to try things herself as much as possible. She does take meds but they are ready to go so reminder and be sure they are taken. Small meal prep (she doesn’t eat a lot but does need to eat, so encouragement is helpful) companionship for conversation should she feel like talking. Basically there is a lot of doing not much. She has a small cat who is 17 so would need to put food in dish and scoop litter box likely 2x/day. Help mom get ready for bed. That’s the main stuff. This could be a great job for someone who works from home and would be willing to do that here. Or a student who has online classes. (Full-Time, Part-Time, Live-In, Live-Out) For morning, day, evening, night (on weekend)
