The ServiceNow Technical Director will provide key technical leadership for Huron, architecting solutions that support institutional goals. You will be instrumental in advising clients on maximizing their ServiceNow capabilities and ensuring the alignment of technology with business strategies. Your engagement will include overseeing multiple Client projects to provide measurable value. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectures for complex ServiceNow implementations
- Develop integration strategies with systems like SAP and Salesforce
- Champion best practices in ServiceNow solutions
- Create detailed architectural documentation and guides
- Mentor teams to strengthen technical skill sets
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow as a Solution Architect
- Current certifications (CSA required, CAD preferred)
- Proven track record in multi-system integrations
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
