The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Solar Sales Consultant who is passionate about sales, enjoys working directly with customers, and wants to build a high-income career.
This position is strictly based in the Okanagan. Applicants must currently live in Kelowna or the surrounding areas.
Your role will involve meeting homeowners at their residences for in-home solar consultations, as well as conducting virtual sales appointments. You'll be responsible for educating customers on solar energy, presenting customized solutions, and helping homeowners make informed decisions about their energy future.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct in-home solar consultations with homeowners throughout the Okanagan.
- Run virtual appointments and present solar solutions remotely.
- Educate customers on the financial and environmental benefits of solar.
- Present customized proposals and confidently navigate customer objections.
- Build relationships and provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Work closely with our appointment-setting and sales management teams.
- Continuously develop your sales skills through coaching and training.
- Manage your sales pipeline and consistently work toward monthly targets.
Compensation & Earning Potential
We believe in providing our consultants with a foundation to succeed while rewarding performance.
- Uncapped Commission Structure: Your earning potential is directly tied to your performance.
- Top Earners: $150,000–$300,000 annually.
- Training: Comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship provided.
No previous solar experience is required. We will provide the necessary training to help you become successful in the solar industry.
Who We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience required.
- Previous solar sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Must currently live in Kelowna or surrounding Okanagan communities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Comfortable conducting both in-home and virtual sales consultations.
- Confident handling objections and closing deals.
- Highly coachable with a genuine desire to continuously improve.
- Experience in commission-based sales or high-ticket sales is a strong asset.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
