Infrastructure Project Manager - Roads & Highways

Stantec

Lead infrastructure change as the Roads and Highways Manager with Stantec in Calgary, Alberta. Elevate project quality and foster collaboration in transportation initiatives.
In this pivotal role within the Prairies and Territories Infrastructure Business Center, you'll guide a team dedicated to enhancing community infrastructure across various regions. By establishing strong client relationships and ensuring project compliance, you’ll play a crucial role in expanding Stantec’s influence in the transportation sector while promoting a culture of safety and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance client satisfaction through proactive account management
• Oversee project execution aligning with budget and timelines
• Mentor and develop future project managers in the region
• Collaborate on strategies for continuous improvement
• Conduct quality assurance and risk assessments for projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering; Master’s is a plus
• At least 15 years of related experience
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation required
• Exceptional leadership and project management skills
• Commitment to teamwork and innovative solutions
