Credit Card Risk Strategy Manager

Shape BMO credit card risk strategy through analytical oversight, pre-delinquency optimization, and balance transfer program management. Work across Canadian retail and small business portfolios.This Manager oversees governance and implementation for balance growth programs supporting risk-adjusted returns, losses, and ROE. Responsibilities include developing tests, improving procedures, enhancing digital capabilities, and supporting automation. The position also manages special initiatives, customer escalations, policies, staff training, disclosures, and marketing materials while partnering across business functions.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee risk governance for balance growth program implementationOptimize pre-delinquency programs, losses, returns, and ROEAct as subject matter expert on TSYS/TRIAD functionalitySupport infrastructure enhancements, retention, and customer behavior initiativesCoordinate escalations and improve customer-facing processesRequirements:
Strong analytical experience in risk management or financial analysisTwo to three years of business experience requiredDetailed business case creation experience is requiredIn-depth communication, collaboration, and influence skillsIn-depth analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesUse risk oversight, TSYS/TRIAD expertise, and analytical judgment to optimize BMO credit card balance growth programs.
